Sheth Shree Pranlal Hiralal Bachkaniwala Vidyamandir was established in 1986 in a small apartment as a very small unit but today it has achieved a very reputed place in the academic field of the city. Today our school is considered as one of the most well known school’s of not only the city but also of the State. Which makes us all feel proved and happy. Our students have reached at national and international level competitions with their talent and competence. I am sure it will continue in future also.

At this juncture, We can never forget the only founder of this school, Shree Pranlal Hiralal Bachkaniwala, whose foresightedness and his sense of responsibility for society made this school reality. It is only because of his sincere and hard efferts that thousands of needy children have been benifited via this school. Udhna is an area which can not be considered developed to some extent so far as education is concerned yet his noble efforts and idea changed the whole scenario and gifted this area a school which is considered one of the best schools of the city.

My personal experience with this school is beyond description. After joining this school, We charished many success moments which came one after the other and it encourage our spirit. Vision, Mission and action has always been my motto and i have always try to maintain it through these years. Considering the school as “ My Family”, I have always tried my best to maintain its reputation. My focus is always on not making the students only good citizen but also true citizens and I have been achieving success in it due to the unforgettable and strong support of the management, staff and parents. Self development of students and staff has always been given the first priority in our school and many efforts have been made for this so far.  Students and staff are given ample opportunities to widen their horizons in our school. many of our trained teachers are how rendering their services at top position in other institutes.

I am sure Bachkaniwala family will shoulder the social responsibility efficiently and sincerely as it has throughout these years with its firm determination, foresightedness, able leadership, maximum use of technology.

At present when there are many challenges in the fielde of education, our school is marching ahead with great success.

Today I can stand in front of you with my head held so high, the credit for this goes to my school. After joining this school, I have always nurtured this school as my child. I have worked day and night for the progress of this school and due to those efforts our school has been listed amongst the top ten schools. We have Won many shields prizes, medals, certificates in different activities and competitions and the flow is still continue. Our school has gifted many diamonds to the society and will continue to gift. The school will shine not only at state or national but also at international level.

Friends, Barak Obama has rightly Said, in this competitive world, the future is more competitive and so the fear of failure is always there. But as we know nothing is impossible for humans and we the Bachkaniwala family share or believe in the same philosophy. With this philosophy, patience and perseverance, we have achieved many milestones of success. A school is a place where a group of people, with different abilities, anilities and skills, work for the success with canal allegiance and perseverance.

We started our journey in 1986 with patience, hard work, discipline, struggle today we have 42 classes and 3000 students. The credit for this success story goes to the loyal faithful and experienced management, qualified teachers and non- teaching staff, parents and loving students.

We provide the best environment to all our children, giving them love and warmth so that they get best education and become the best citizen. We give all our students equal space and opportunity without any differences. As a result of this our students have reached national and international level in different activities like sports, music, science, cultural activity ext.

Friends I personally believe that a teacher never dies even after his departure he lives in form of the heights achieved by his students. Only a few gifted once by the fate has the fortune to become a teacher. A teacher means “GURU”. The status of “GURU” is attained only by these whose nature, thoughts, touch, eyes has divinity (elixir) such divine teacher with their dedication and love for children make the class room a paradise like place. We believe in equality and respect all religions. We emphasize not “self” but “all”. Our moto is to make our students sensitive and one who has great pride for the motherland because ultimately the development of the child is dependent only on the teacher.

Friends, while I am writing this, my school has completed 30 years. And I have completed 12 years as principal. I am highly obliged to my friend, philosopher and guide Dr. Smt. Ritaben Fulwala, principal secondary and higher secondary, my colleagues, Smt. Rashidaben Sonaseth principal Balbhavan and Smt. Rasilaben Patel Supervisor, my staff, non- teaching staff, peons, my parents, students and my management for this wonderful journey.

It gives me immense pleasure to work for Sheth Shri P.H.Bachkaniwala Vidhyamandir, a GSEB (Gujarat State Education Board) affiliated school located in the heart of surat as a principal of tiny tots (Kindergarten).

At such a tender age when the kids are still at the first stage of schooling we strive to instill not  only knowledge but values and manners.This is the  time when their learning get wings to fly wherever they want to. Children are given the best physical care along with warm affection by devoted and trained teachers.

Our educational community is a wonderful place that is full of polite and bright students with amazing smiles. Everyone is committed to working diligently for the kids in order to give them a future they desire.

As a principal, I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of the school as a whole to enable the child in our care to develop as a whole.
